Sparks in the Kiln: Belated Wedding Gift

One of my dad's best mates got married a few months ago. He's been a good friend to my dad over the years so I thought I'd say thanks by making he and his wife a piece of pottery. Here is the final product. It's on it's way now, lets hope USPS doesn't fail me . . . that would be the pits.


About this piece: it is a coil pot with texture on the inside. We had a special firing last term: a gas reduction. So this is truly a one of a kind.
